Mecca Cola is made by Tawfik Mathlouthi and he challenges US rival Coca Cola. The key statement in the article is "designed to cash in on anti-American sentiment around the world." This product has been around for a few years. So, the reporting that it's "new" is a relative term. It's new to England, and Sweeden.

I just don't get it. The way to combat a consumerist way of life, is to buy anti consumerist products? I think about this every time "Republicans Suck" T-shirts and what-not are sold.

I don't often do political cartoons. It isn't that I don't want to understand the issues. It's that the truth, or proper course of action, seems to be shrouded in mystery. I'm not trying to promote any agenda, that's why I leave the politics to those who think they understand what's going on.
