WORLD VOICE: AN HONEST AND UNFILTERED APPROACH TO NEWS
Citizen journalism site relies on community involvement to deliver news

World Voice News is a website dedicated to citizen journalism, or participatory journalism, where members of society play an active role in the process of information gathering and reporting. The site is home to various categories of news, including politics and entertainment, and actually presents citizen journalists with the opportunity to make money based on the number of stories they submit and the amount of advertising revenue for the company each month.

The site allows readers to comment on any article, from including their opinions about the subject of a controversial article to simply adding details that may have been missed. This involvement is encouraged by the editorial staff at World Voice, as community involvement is the most important factor in the continued production of this site.

World Voice News is a unique site that hosts “honest and unfiltered” news, from a next-door neighbor or a college professor; it’s a fresh look at the news in the world today, from people to whom the general public can relate. For more information, or to learn how you can become a writer for World Voice, visit www.worldvoicereport.com.

Thank you for posting your experience with the company above. I just received an invitation to apply with said company as a reporter. If your report above is true Laura, how disturbing this is! While I do not want to believe that a company with usa attached to its name would go to these lengths to line their own pockets while scamming consumers, and even worse get away with it, your report is to be seriously considered.

I am a victim of corporate corruption. I have written a list of various activities initiated by a handful of companies that continue to this day to cover-up their mistakes. I am paying dearly for fighting charges for services that I did not order, did not have, that I canceled, and/or in combination after being forced to receive services that I refused, not being fully informed by these companies, being charged for services that were supposedly “free,” not receiving a contract for Cobra insurance, and then being reported to creditors after I fought the coverage date, while they stated that my files were “archived” thus no information was available.

One company stating that I did not call them to cancel services, services that never properly worked in the first place, loss of my funds (a checking account) through a financial institution, where the institution refused to write a letter of apology to companies that I dealt with after I proved that I had money in the account and was reimbursed (in the meantime money was going into this account and swallowed up for three months), late charges during this time, bogus charges reported to credit bureaus, harassment, creditors from one field orientation handling the bogus charges to my account which originated from the company that charged me for four months of services. I cancelled services after one month of service and moved back to my home state, an insurance company that went to arbitration without first informing me, after I was hit by a driver speeding on the wrong side of the road, creditors failing to send billing statements and then calling my payment late, payments to creditors because I did not want my credit ruined.

Finally I had had enough! I decided that ‘I will die before I pay the $263. bogus charges on my credit report,’ which may not be too far in the future, as I cannot find work -I think as a result of being black balled. You know I had perfect credit until I began fighting corporate corruption- which began after I left my husband in 98. Sad to think that those who are in the business of protecting the public, instead sometimes end up protecting “big business” either by covering-up for them or receiving the wrong information (At this time, either one or both is true). People who fight venality in the system need strong advocacy and defense, not further sanctioning and impoverishment. Definitely for social justice to prevail something has to be done to stop big business from harming society.

Getting the truth out is a start. Perhaps we could bring companies such as these together with some honest law makers, and also citizens who have been wrongfully black listed to work on practical solutions for social problems that are generated when the least powerful are pursued and/or falsely accused by felonious parties?

This sounds completely like Ayman El-Difrawi’s work. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS SCAM! I worked for one of the franchises that he set up with the model internet scam and the conference calls, the tiered / inflated commissions, the sloppy website (if you really look at it, you will see layout issues that real news e-mags would never use) and the sole aspect of a focus on lead generation is his marquee. I figured out it would be a good time to leave after calling in to some of those conference calls. Eventually, the company went bankrupt and the franchises got cut loose. Just Google this guy’s name or Alec Defrawy, as he was called during my employment, and you will start to see the puzzle fits together oh so nicely.

You are correct. Defrawy is behind it.

The above mentioned article from Scam.com actually came from my site mediamorgue.blogspot.com. If you go to the USAVOICE site right now, you’ll see that they changed their look from a “USA Today” look to more of a “New York Times” look. Some say it was due to legal issues with USA Today, but we haven’t been able to confirm that.

So far, they have not paid their employees for the past three months. I wonder how long people are going to wait before taking real action against these guys.

I wonder how long people are going to wait before taking real action against these guys.

Real action? Like hauling them into court, and presenting evidence and testimony? I appreciate the first commentors enthusiasm, but I don’t think that’s possible to get that level of commitment from enough people. Besides, there are so many of these scammers. The government obviously doesn’t care, and it would take them years to get anything done. Government involvement would probably be a mistake anyway.

We (everyone who gets email) have to fight them over the internet NOW. You might have noticed, “Spam Karma” at the bottom of this page. Every day, there are some 200 posts on this blog for Mortgages and Medications of every kind. I’d say the “War on Spam” has been pretty effective, because none of those messages has ever gotten through to this blog. If the messages they send don’t reach their intended recipients, or they’re not making money, they’ll go away.

I’m so glad i googled the “company” USAVoice(i use that word loosely)and found this information. I give my heart-filled THANK YOU to all the people who make it possible to find these “scams” before it is too late. I have my resume on about 50 sites looking for a job, and found this “company’s” email job offer in my box today. I laughed when I read it!! I am a recent graduate of a medical transcription course, and they wanted to hire me as a “Medical Expert”!!!! and pay me $30 an hour to start. Trust your instincts everyone, and remember the golden rule…”if it’s too good to be true…it probably is.” Research before you get ripped off by these people. This is the second time I received scam artist job offers. Maybe i’ll become a pro at recognizing them. Seems I already am, because I google everyone first that sends a job offer. That way you can find blogs like this one which keep you safe from fraudulent schemes. Good luck to everyone, and again thank you for saving me yet again. Hopefully more and more people will learn to google a company and research it before being sucked in.
